Carmen Medina is a thirty two year veteran of the Intelligence Community and a former Deputy Director of Intelligence for the Central Intelligence Agency. Upon her retirement from the CIA, she received the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal. Since moving to the private sector, Carmen continues to transform the Intelligence Community as a speaker, author, and consultant.
