Burton is the world’s foremost authority on Protective Intelligence, security and counterterrorism. He currently serves as Chief Security Officer at Stratfor, the world’s leading geopolitical intelligence platform and publisher. Prior to joining Stratfor, Burton served in the U.S. State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service where he served in high-profile investigations including the hunt for and arrest of Ramzi Yousef, the mastermind behind the first World Trade Center bombing.
