Chuck Randolph
At Microsoft, he successfully led global operations and intelligence teams throughout his career, leveraging his expertise to safeguard executives, assets and report on threat intelligence and risk trends. His extensive experience in executive protection, event risk management, and intelligence has made a significant impact and transformed these services into strategic enablers.
In addition to his remarkable tenure in the private sector, Randolph has a notable 30-year military career, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. His service encompassed diverse and austere environments, including operations, information operations, and intelligence. Academically accomplished, he holds degrees from Ball State University and Webster University. Furthermore, he has completed prestigious courses at the National Defense University and the U.S. Army, solidifying his reputation as a well-rounded professional.
Highly regarded within the security community, Randolph is a founding member of the CEPLC and IPSB. His contributions and active participation in organizations such as AIRIP and OSAC demonstrate his dedication to the field. He is also a host of the Ontic Protective Intelligence podcast, sharing his valuable insights and knowledge with a broader audience.
Fred Burton
A former special agent and New York Times best-selling author, who pioneered the use of protective intelligence in the private sector, serving as Executive Director of Protective Intelligence at Ontic.

Fred Burton
Burton, former Chief Security and Compliance Officer at Stratfor, has a distinguished law enforcement and security background. He began his career in law enforcement in 1981 with the U.S. Secret Service and was a special agent with the State Department's Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), eventually becoming the deputy chief of the DSS protective intelligence & counterterrorism division. Notably, he played a pivotal role in apprehending the World Trade Center bomber, Ramzi Yousef, and investigated the 1988 plane crash which killed the President of Pakistan and U.S. Ambassador, and the hostages held captive by Hezbolllah. Burton is also a bestselling author of several books, is a host of the Ontic Protective Intelligence podcast, and has appeared on major news outlets to include The Daily Show, CNN, Fox News, Good Morning America, Morning Joe, and many others.

As Ontic's Chief Product Officer, Manish Mehta has over 34 years of experience driving disruptive innovations in the software industry, including leadership roles at Dell and multiple B2B software startups.

Manish Mehta
Manish Mehta has driven disruptive innovations in the software industry for over 30 years, from the earliest days of B2C eCommerce at scale, the adoption of social media across all major departments within a large enterprise, to the development of a big data platform and infrastructure to support digital marketing across global industries. He currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Ontic, where he is responsible for the company’s product strategy and market execution of software used by corporate and government security professionals to proactively manage threats, mitigate risks, and make businesses stronger.
Prior to Ontic, he led product and engineering globally for a cloud-based digital marketing SaaS company that served clients in North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia. Mehta spent over 18 years at Dell, where he held a chief of staff role to Dell's CTO, was a founding member of Dell.com, and eventually was Global GM of Dell's multi-billion dollar eCommerce business, served as a partner in Dell Ventures, founded and ran Social Media & Community at Dell, ran Dell Labs Social Commerce Incubator, and was Founder and CEO of an innovative social commerce startup. Mehta also worked in Silicon Valley in the early 90's, and his first job out of college was in the nuclear industry where he worked at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant in Pennsylvania.
