Protective intelligence is an investigative and analytical process used by protectors to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate threats to protectees.
Protective Intelligence Honors recognizes those professionals who have left their mark on and continue to advance the fields of safety, security and protection.
Protective Intelligence Honors celebrates groundbreaking professionals across two categories:
Pioneers, recognize those who have driven new shifts - both traditional and unconventional - in thinking or approaching protection. They have paved the way for others through diversity of thought, range of experience and leadership to others both inside and outside their organization.
Thought Leaders, celebrate veteran practitioners and established experts who actively contribute to and advance protective intelligence industry knowledge and careers through mentoring and membership organizations.
These honorees represent the broader community outside the walls of Ontic. Recipients range from military, law enforcement, and counterintelligence experts to global corporate security, legal, and human resources leaders who are committed to the shared goal of protecting people and assets through a proactive security approach.
The Ontic Center for Connected Intelligence is continually creating and sharing pertinent content for the physical security community to educate others on the importance of a proactive, always-on security approach. Our thought-pieces and podcasts are a must for any aspiring Pioneer or Thought Leader.
“Failure of imagination leads to most disasters, thinking that it's impossible they might occur. We are honoring those whose remarkable vision, insight, courage and leadership have kept countless lives safe and are influencing an industry shift to a proactive, always-on physical security approach in the public and private sectors. The impact of these honorees on history, how we conduct our lives today and the future cannot be overstated, and we are indebted to them for all they have done and continue to do to keep us from harm.”
