“If it’s not documented, it didn’t happen” is a standard that Christine Oliver has stood by for the duration of her career, leading investigations in both the public and private sectors. As a Former FBI Special Agent and current emergency response and security leader, she prides herself in developing and implementing a thorough incidents, investigations and case management process that embraces technology and helps to bridge communication gaps internally.

It’s no surprise to hear that a siloed structure is one of the primary barriers to successfully implementing even the smallest amount of change in an organization. Before her current role in emergency response and security for a Fortune 500 company, Christine spent 22 years leading investigations for the FBI. She also managed the entire counterintelligence program for the State of Delaware, including serving as lead investigator on all aspects of national security and Trade Secret / IP theft investigations.
