Jerome Rutledge

Jerome Rutledge is an Executive Protection professional with 20 years of experience operating in both the Government and Private Sector. He has been at the forefront of the Protective Intelligence movement, expertly integrating and adapting through an ever changing environment. Currently, Jerome is a Senior Manager within the Walmart Executive Protection program. At Walmart, he has helped lead many of the Protective Intelligence initiatives, both within the EP and Global Security, and Aviation (GSA) divisions.

Prior to Walmart, he worked at Dell Computers, providing Executive Protection and Protective Intelligence services for their Founder and CEO, Michael Dell. While at Dell, Jerome was at the forefront of helping to develop and integrate Protective Intelligence tools and applications into the EP program and quickly emerged as a subject matter expert in this field. Jerome also served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps and then began his professional career by serving as a Special Agent in the U.S. Intelligence Community, providing Protective support in high threat locations around the world.
