Justin Lamb

Justin Lamb is the Senior Manager- Global Security Operations with Electronic Arts (EA), overseeing the company’s Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs), enterprise travel safety and security, and global incident management. Since joining EA, Justin has played a key role in transforming the GSOCs from focusing primarily on physical security systems monitoring into proactive, threat-led, central reporting and communications hubs for the Global Safety, Physical Security, and Business Resiliency (GSPS) teams.
Justin manages a diverse, global team who is responsible for intake and triaging of threats, coordinating enterprise-level response to incidents, identifying and assessing operational impacts associated with critical events, disseminating key intelligence alerts to provide situational awareness to decision makers, monitoring and responding to travel-related risks, as well as traditional alarm and CCTV monitoring.
Prior to joining EA, Justin worked for Shell Oil Company and First Data where he held the roles of Regional Security Analyst-Americas and Manager- Global Intelligence & Threat Analysis, respectively. Before transitioning to the private sector, Justin served as the Western Hemisphere Regional Analyst—as well as a brief stint as the Asia Pacific Regional Analyst—with the US Department of State’s Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC).
Justin is active in several industry associations, serving as the current Chair of the Private Sector Intelligence Council (PSIC), and is a founding member and former chair of the OSAC Energy Security Working Group (ESWG) and founder of the Southeast Analysts’ Roundtable (SEAR). Justin is passionate about mentoring and developing industry practitioners and devotes a significant amount of time to working with government colleagues who are looking to transition to the private sector.
Justin graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University.
