Murph Holder is the Vice President of People at Ontic, where she leads initiatives that foster scalable growth and a thriving, purpose-driven culture. With people leadership experience at Yieldmo and Sprinklr, she has built programs across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development for high-growth companies. Murph partners with Ontic’s executive team to align people strategy with business goals and is a SHRM-Certified Professional and Prosci Change Practitioner. She holds a B.A. in Musical Theatre from Ouachita Baptist University.
