Elda Baez is the Senior Safety and Security Specialist at HUB International, where she supports critical programs such as Workplace Violence Prevention, Threat Assessment, Travel Risk Management, Event Security, and Protective Intelligence. Elda is an active member of ASIS International, ATAP, and a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Last year, she launched a Mental Health First Aid program at HUB, certifying 75 HR professionals, creating on-demand training, and hosting awareness webinars—bridging her passions for security and mental wellbeing.
