Ranks 10th among small-sized companies nationally

AUSTIN, August 8, 2022 – Ontic, the protective intelligence software innovator, today announced it has been recognized as a 2022 Best Small Workplace by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work®, ranking 10th among the top 100 nationally recognized small workplaces (Ontic currently has 104 employees in the U.S., having grown 10.6% since this survey was taken in May.)

To determine the Best Small Workplaces list, Great Place to Work analyzed the survey responses of over 30,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies with 10 to 99 U.S. employees. In that survey, 99% of employees at Ontic said the company is a great place to work as compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

Great Place to Work is the only company culture award in America that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. Companies are evaluated based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do.
