Dana Ray

Dana Ray is the Chief People Officer at Ontic, partnering with the CEO and board to drive business performance through talent, culture, and organizational strategy. With more than two decades of experience scaling high-growth companies into global organizations, she has built and led people teams that supported major revenue and headcount growth, including as Chief People Officer at LaunchDarkly, where she scaled the company from 150 to nearly 600 employees across eight countries. Dana also brings deep experience building AI/ML hiring strategies and the people infrastructure needed to support AI-driven products. She holds a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco, and lives in the Bay Area.
