The company’s Global Threat and Investigations team was called upon to support HR, Legal, and investigative groups on active cases, including employee misconduct, insider theft, alleged ethics violations, and OSINT-based background checks. They were frequently tasked with assessing potential risks tied to individuals using minimal initial information—sometimes just a name, email address, or social media handle.
Research was largely ad hoc and manual, with findings scattered across email threads and disconnected files. Without a centralized system, the team lacked the ability to:
