Scott Shepherd is the Chief Legal Officer at Ontic, overseeing the company’s legal and security functions with a focus on strategic growth and operational excellence. With more than 30 years of experience across corporate, military, and legal sectors, he has led diverse teams and complex initiatives. Before joining Ontic, Scott served as CLO at Khoros and VP of Legal at Spredfast, following earlier roles as General Counsel, law firm partner, and U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel.
