He has extensive international experience as a Foreign Service Officer (Security Engineering Officer) in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security and as the Director of Security Risk and Crisis Management at General Electric before his current role of Head of Global Security (CSO – Physical) at Zoom.

With over two decades of experience in both public and private sector security, he has held leadership roles in cybersecurity, risk management, and threat intelligence. Prior to joining Zoom, Nathan served in key security positions at leading technology companies and government agencies, where he built and scaled global security operations. His career reflects a commitment to proactive, intelligence-led security programs that support business growth and user trust.
