Paul Abbate is Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and a seasoned national security, law enforcement and intelligence leader. Paul spent nearly three decades with the FBI, ultimately serving as Deputy Director, where he oversaw the Bureau’s domestic and international investigative and intelligence activities. Throughout his career, he led high-stakes operations involving counterterrorism, cybersecurity and critical incident response, while strengthening collaboration across agencies and international partners. Today, Paul advises organizations on complex national security challenges, including espionage, insider threats and the protection of critical assets.
